Objectives
By adhering to this code of conduct, we can create a positive and welcoming environment for all members of Fly High.
1. Socialization: Providing opportunities for members to interact socially, build relationships, and foster a sense of community.
2. Recreation and leisure: Organizing activities, events, outings, or trips that allow members to relax, have fun, and pursue hobbies or interests together.
3. Networking: Facilitating connections and networking among members, which can be beneficial personally and professionally.
6. Confidentiality: Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the club. Refrain from disclosing confidential information to non-members without permission.
7. Responsible behavior: Act responsibly and safely at all club events and activities. Avoid any behavior that may cause harm to yourself or others, and follow any safety guidelines provided by the club.
8. Alcohol and substance use: If alcohol is present at club events, drink responsibly and in moderation. Avoid the use of illegal substances at club events, and refrain from attending events while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
9. Feedback and communication: Provide constructive feedback to the club leadership and fellow members, and communicate openly and honestly with others. Address any concerns or grievances through appropriate channels in a respectful manner.

Membership
Anyone who is enthusiastic about meeting new people, attending, or participating in events can become a member. He or she can be a housewife, college student, professional, or entrepreneur, subject to their membership form being approved by the core committee.

Meetings
Every month, one coffee meet is going to take place on Friday or Saturday evening.
Events and activities:
Minimum four big cultural events in a year & one monthly coffee meet.
